Israel’s Genocide in Gaza Has a U.S. Consulting Firm Behind It

How the Boston Consulting Group helped design a death trap and made millions doing it
The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is one of the most powerful consulting firms in the world, with an estimated $13.5 billion in annual revenue. Corporations and governments pay them millions to shape strategy, manage optics, and sanitize atrocities.
Now we know: BCG helped build the infrastructure for genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza.
They are complicit in Palestinians being murdered while waiting in line for food.
For seven months, BCG worked directly with Israeli officials to create the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a U.S.-backed initiative that has since been condemned by UN agencies and Palestinian leaders as a death trap.
“A humanitarian delivery system turned into a death zone.”
Here’s what they did:
Replaced over 400 UN food distribution sites with just four militarized hubs in southern Gaza
Brought in private military contractors like SRS and UG Solutions to guard these zones with lethal force
Created an architecture that gave Israel and the U.S. a layer of deniability while civilians were gunned down
More than 600 Palestinians were killed and over 4,000 wounded, just trying to access food.
And it didn’t stop there.
BCG secretly developed a postwar “recovery” blueprint, modeling relocation plans for 500,000 Palestinians with biometric checkpoints, surveillance zones, and heavily controlled displacement corridors. The project was nicknamed “Aurora” and internally described as a potential $5 billion relocation scheme. One document reportedly suggested turning southern Gaza into a surveillance-heavy “smart city” under international oversight.
They gave an ethnic cleansing plan a PR makeover. And they charged more than $1 million per month to do it.
When journalists at the Financial Times and CBS exposed these operations, BCG scrambled.
